Park
"Courtesy & Common Sense"

OK - We said it was Park Rules, but we think courtesy and common sense is a better way to look at it.

Riverside Park is a small neighborhood park that can be used for small gatherings, family parties, reunions, or as a place to let the kids play as you relax in the shade.
We do ask that you follow some guide lines to help keep it a safe and fun place.

VENDING: No person or group may utilize the park for profit or financial gain. This includes, but is not limited to, selling, entertainment, concerts, and other activities that charge a fee.

ENTERTAINMENT AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES: No entertainment, exhibition, meeting, concert or tournament, whether public or private, and whether for profit or not, shall be held in the park without prior approval.

NO AMPLIFIED SOUND system use allowed.

IF YOU BRING IT IN, TAKE IT OUT.  Whether you are having a reunion, party, or just letting the kids play at the park, PLEASE TAKE YOUR TRASH WITH YOU.
Groups are responsible for basic clean-up of the park after use. Remove all decorations, etc., including tape on tables and clean-up all garbage. A trash can is available at the Bowery but any excess garbage must be removed. Help keep our park a clean, safe and fun place to be.
Also, THE FIRE PIT IS NOT A GARBAGE CAN!  We appreciate those who leave the park even cleaner than they found it!

CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS - Remember this is a public park.  Don't use it as a place for your pet to ****.  If you bring your pet to the park, PLEASE be responsible and clean up after it.

DON'T PARK OR DRIVE ON THE GRASS - Please! No motorcycles, four wheelers or automobiles on the lawn. Please use the parking areas.

NO HORSES OR OTHER LARGE ANIMALS
NO GOLFING OR ARCHERY
NO ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, VAPING OR ILLEGAL DRUGS

PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR ADULTS.  Please leave it for the children to enjoy.
